In this version of the club, any in Yggdrasil can sign up to get headpats from
Particle or(inclusive or) give headpats to Particle (or each other).Just ask to join and state whether you want to receive or give headpats.
You may also specify the time interval. Unspecified time intervals will result in chaotic headpat timings!
