"An act concerning the security of the region of Valaryia."

The residents of the region of Valaryia,

Concerned with the security of the region should an officer without any qualifications needed to run the position passed an election as in accordance with the Constitution of Valaryia,

Deeply concerned that the security of the region falls within the hand of the officers should an officer without any qualifications may have caused an abuse of power due to the power they hold, incident, tragedy or catastrophe,

Fully aware that an impeachment process will take time to be passed should the officer of the region that was elected for such important position make an incident tragedy or catastrophe due to lack of qualifications; and

Believing that a separated council dedicated for the moderation of the region should be created with democracy within the council,

For the purpose of this act;

Defining the word "fair trial" as a formal examination of evidence by a judge, typically before a jury, in order to decide guilt in a case of an abuse of power, incident, or tragedy.

Defining the word "Officer Council" as a council made up of several or more officer with unique position that was elected by the citizen of Valaryia,

Defining the word "Security Committee" as a committee made up of several or more officer or more officer with a very important positions regarding moderation of the region,

Defining the word "moderation" as an act to protect the integrity and security of the region from a foreign invasion should they come,

Defining the word "power abuse" as an intentional act to misuse a position of power to take unjust advantage of individuals, organizations, or governments,

Defining the word "bias" as an intentional act of inclination or prejudice for or against one person or group, especially in a way considered to be unfair,

Defining the word "treason" as an act of assistance with any region or nation which may involve but not limited to; conspiring with any nations to levy coup against the Valaryia's Government, or attempting by any means to overthrow the members of the government established by the Constitution,

Defining the word "instant suspension" as an intentional act by the Security Committee of the region to remove one or more Officer Council member from their position without prior notice with considerations; and

Further defining the word "invasion" as an intentional act of destroying or edits of a region without any explicit permission through a democratic election prior to from its resident,

Hereby;

Approves the creation of the office of Security Committee, separated from the Officer Council for the region of Valaryia as defined before,

Authorize the Security Committee to ban, kick and gives off a warning to any nation currently residing in Valaryia should they broke a law of Valaryia,

Grant the Security Committee the power to do an instant suspension on Officer Council members due to their action as listed below and defined above;
I. Treason,
II. Bias; and at last,
III. Power abuse,
If the Security Committee could provide empirical evidences, objective explainations to the residents of Valaryia and an explicit permission from the founder as the head of the committee was given,
Affirms that the Security Committee members is elected and chosen by the Founder, President and the Officer Council based on experience and quality of their moderation,

Proclaims that an election of Security Committee should be held within the Officer Council in less than 48 hours if there's a lack of Moderation Council members considering the importance of their existence,

Confirms that should a Security Committee members abused their power, created an incident, tragedy or catastrophe, the member mentioned will be temporarily suspended by the founder as the head of the committee and trialed with the uninvolved Security Committee members or Officer Council member as the juries, the Founder as the prosecutor, and the President as the judge, with a fair trial within 24 hours after an evidence was provided,

Further confirms that should the member of the Security Committee is not guilty, the Security Committee shall be returned to their position prior to the trial,

Declares accordingly that the member of Security Committee should not be involved in the region politics as they are unelected and should not hold any position outside of their position in Security Committee,

Fully aware that, as the Founder hold the highest power regarding the security of the region, the Founder would become the head of the Security Committe with powers to veto over the Security Committee cases, as well as over its membership, aswell power to judge over any case brought before the Security Committee, and powers to do an instant suspension on the members of Security Committee without prior notice with standard protocol provided above and at last,

Clarifying that this act is a subject to an amendment and therefore can be amended by the residents of the region through a general referendun if deemed necessary.

The residents of Valaryia and the Valaryian Government hereby enacts the Security Committee Act.

"An act that prevents any laws or acts to intervene in domestic affairs of member states."

The residents of the region of Valaryia,

Noting with regret of the forceful repeal of Frogarias act several months ago due to threat of region dissolution and polarization,

Realizing an act will prevent this issue from coming back,

Taking into account that freedom is one of the core value of Valaryia,

Believing in rights of each nations to maintain their nation the way they desire, which is outlined as one of the core value of Valaryia,

For the purpose of this act;

Defining the word "regional government" as a body composed of several elected or not elected members that govern the region,

Defining the word "member state" as a nation residing in the region of Valaryia; and

Further defining the word "domestic affairs" a type of public policy or laws enacted by member state that are directly related to some or all issues, situation, events and activity within a member state's borders,

Hereby;

Proclaims, that any laws or act by the regional government that may control domestic affairs of a member states are not legally enforceable,

Encourages member states to comply with all laws or acts even though laws or act that control domestic affairs are not legally enforceable; and

At last, clarifying that this act is a subject to an amendment and therefore can be amended by the general public through a referendum if deemed necessary.

The residents of Valaryia and the Valaryian Government hereby enacts the Sovereignty Act.

"An act that aims to increase and protect the democracy in the region as a whole."

The residents of the region of Valaryia,

Aware that some of the recent elections was delayed,

Shocked by an option allowing elections to be held back in recent election,

Believing that an act regulating the electoral system will greatly increase democracy in the region,

For the purpose of this act;

Clarifying that this act complied with the Valaryian Constitution and act just as an extension to regulate just elections and referendum,

Defining the word "member states" in accordance as in the Constitution of Valaryia; and

Further defining the word "emergency grounds" as a temporary situation where the regional government declared an urgent situation which involve a danger to integrity of the region, that may involve member states and the region as a whole,

Hereby;

Declares all elections cannot be delayed except on emergency grounds and all elections must be held as according to the constitution,

Proclaims the only options in elections that involved alone one candidate and referendums to pass laws as "Yes/Aye or No/Nay",

Further proclaims an elected position to be "available" if a candidate that partake in an election that only involved one candidate is rejected in which situation, the position is temporarily empty and the position can only be taken if;
1. The candidate that wanted the position is not the same candidate that loses before, which will result in an election that the former candidate may take part of or,
2. The normal term of the office of that elected position ended, which mean a new election is called,

Designates all elected position that fail to elect an officer more than two times to lose it's relevance and therefore, is abolished except the administrative body voted to make the position to remained "available", in which case the decision to abolish the position ultimately falls onto the administrative body until the position is filled,

Authorize any officers that held powers in polls to held elections and referendum as long;
1. The election/referendum is scheduled; and
2. The election/referendum is needed by the general public,

Further authorize any officers that are elected to call an election if they wish to resign 7 days in advance inorder to designate the successor of that officer,

Further declares that all elections or referendums that are not done this way are declared as "unfair, undemocratic and unfree elections" (except the elections was done before this act);

And lastly, clarifying that this act is a subject to an amendment and therefore can be amended by the public through means of public referendum if necessary

The residents of Valaryia and the Valaryian Government hereby enacts the Electoral Reform Act .
