A Revision to the Ban Bill to the Ban on Nazism and Fascism to Restriction of Nazism, Fascism, and Communism.

This legislation is a revision and addition of the existing ban on Fascism and Nazism within the NUK.

The revised bill would maintain its core principles while incorporating a few additions as follows:

1.) The Ban would be changed to Restriction and would not be enforced during periods of low member activity, allowing for flexibility based on the region's dynamics.

2.) Limited discussion of the ideologies and beliefs associated with Fascism, Nazism, Communism would be permitted, primarily concerning Nazism.
2a1.) Sharing memes of such contents will be allowed.
2a2.) Critical and Creative discourse will be permitted.

3.) The extent to which such beliefs can be openly shared within the NUK will be at the discretion of Officers, Mods, and Lords, who will carefully evaluate the content's appropriateness.
3a1.) Officers in NS will be granted the power to suppress messages that are deemed too inappropriate.
3a2.) Lords in the Discord server will be granted the power to delete messages that are deemed too inappropriate and against the Discord TOS.

4.) In cases where a significant amount of content related to these ideologies is being shared, Officers, Mods, and Lords will possess immediate authority to invoke the following measure.

5.) The aforementioned officials will be empowered to take decisive action, including implementing severe penalties, should the need arise to address such content.

I propose these amendments with the belief in the importance of allowing individuals to express their beliefs and ideals, while also recognizing the concerns and limitations necessary to maintain a healthy community environment. This approach encourages engagement, constructive discourse, and the opportunity for rebuttal.
