Ystro is a water world, one of two in the solar system sustaining liquid surface water. Almost all of Ystro’s water is contained in its global ocean, covering 72.9% of Ystro’s crust. The remaining 27.1% of Ystro’s crust is land, most of which is located in the form of continental landmasses within one hemisphere. Ystro is rounded into an ellipsoid with a circumference of about 40,000 km, it is the densest planet in the solar system. Ystro resides in a binary star system and is about eight light-minutes away from the sun ‘Kyro’ and orbits it. ‘Kryo’ is twinned with ‘Eypes’; another yellow dwarf star similar to ‘Kyro’; the distance between the stars is about 5 million km (3 million miles). The two stars orbit each other once every ten days and every five days, one star would pass in front of another; this causes a double-solar eclipse that lasts for about 5 hours. It takes 280 days to complete one revolution. Ystro is omitted by one permanent natural satellite, ‘Luna’ or better known as ‘the Moon’, which orbits Ystro at 384,400 km (1.28 light seconds) and is roughly a quarter as wide as Ystro.

ii - Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
iii - Any content that is obscene, illegal, threatening, malicious, defamatory or spam is highly unacceptable and will be reported. Anything deemed spam will be deleted, and the member will be banned and be reported; along with territory.

Only KGB Members can claim territory on the region’s map.
ii - Members can only claim one territory. The claim is only legitimate if approved by an admin of the ‘Kingdom of Great Britain Cartograph Administration’ or the RP Tzar.
iii - The continent of ’Snærfall’ is international territory and all nations are forbidden to claim sovereignty of it.
iv - Territorial loss is enacted when a member departs the NationStates region ‘Kingdom of Great Britain’ or ceased to exist.
v - If a member wants to expand their territory, they can only declare an expansion after 60 days of existence. The user must also wait 2 months after applying and then write an 100 word expansion post and send the desired territory to the RP Tzar. If the increase in territory includes another nation, then the conflict of interests must be handled between the two users. The result must be reported to a moderator of the administration or the RP Tzar.
vi - If territorial expansion is intended, a nation user can only claim a neighbouring piece of land that already borders theirs. If a user wants to extend their nation’s sovereignty overseas, then they can only claim a coastal territory. This action would forever be regarded as a colony, not an extension of sovereign rule.
ii - Any intension of conflict must be notified to the RP Tzar, any armed conflicts will be recorded on the dispatch ‘Alliances and Wars’ page. Both parties must also agree to the name of the conflict and inform the RP Tzar.
iii - A nation can’t be fully invaded by the invading force(s), each nation has a right to exist. Land gained by the invader(s) will be integrated into their borders - as a puppet state or colony? Well, that’s up to them, but they must inform the RP Tzar about their intentions for the new territories.
iv - All parties must abide by the rules of warfare, presented by the KGBCA. If one party excludes themselves from the rules, the series of conflicts will be shut down.
v - The KGB RP Map is nuclear disarmed, so nukes are not an option.
vi - If peace talks are offered, both parties must confirm what are the territorial gains/losses to the RP Tzar. Once confirmed, the agreement must be announced on the KGB Regional Board.
vii - World Assembly delegate for the region of ‘Kingdom of Great Britain’ is withdrawn from ever declaring war, expanding territory, forming/holding alliances, unions or colonies; they are permanently neutral on any international matters.
viii - Any military matters that involve the World Assembly delegate or any member of the KGBCA (Kingdom of Great Britain Cartograph Administration) will immediately be dissolved.
ii - To form an alliance, two or more nations must negotiate with each other. Both parties must agree on the premise and must inform RP Tzar, name of the alliance must be consented by both parties. Once confirmed, the agreement must be announced on the KGB Regional Message Board.
iii - Political or federal unions can be formed, but Economic unions won’t be recognised officially.
