Purpose

The amendment seeks to criminalize World Assembly Resolutions that goes against The Leftist Assembly and it's allies.

Existing Law

A minor offence shall be defined as an offence that poses no real threat to the security, integrity, or integral operation of The Leftist Assembly
1. A minor offence shall have the following maximum default punishments:
  1. Immediate ejection from the region
  2. Immediate ban from the region of duration no longer than one week
  3. Notification of the offence to the region via the Regional Message Board
A moderate offence shall be defined as an offence that poses a threat to the security, integrity, or integral operation of The Leftist Assembly
1. A moderate offence shall have the following maximum default punishments:
  1. Immediate ejection from the region
  2. Immediate ban from the region of duration no longer than one year
  3. The immediate triggering of a vote of no confidence, if the nation is a current member of government
  4. Immediate revocation of any and all regional awards and honours, and permanent disqualification for recipiency of any and all future regional awards and honours
  5. Notification of the offence to the region via the Regional Message Board
A gross offence shall be defined as an offence that poses immediate and/or severe threat to the security, integrity, or integral operation of The Leftist Assembly
1. A gross offence shall have the following maximum default punishments:
  1. Immediate ejection from the region
  2. Immediate ban from the region of indefinite duration
  3. The immediate triggering of a vote of no confidence, if the nation is a current member of government
  4. Immediate suspension or ejection from any or all government positions, if the nation is a current member of government and their holding government position poses a threat to the security, integrity, or integral operation of The Leftist Assembly
  5. Immediate revocation of any and all regional awards and honours, and permanent disqualification for recipiency of any and all future regional awards and honours
  6. Immediate ban on holding or running for any gubernatorial position of indefinite duration
  7. Immediate ban on voting as an electoral citizen of indefinite duration
  8. Notification of the offence to the region via the Regional Message Board
Any nation with Border Control authority may immediately execute any combination of punishments up to and including the maximum default punishment if there is patent evidence of a criminal offence or imminent threat to the region
1. A punishment shall not be executed if its execution threatens or interferes with the security, integrity, or integral operation of The Leftist Assembly
A ban shall be removed upon the request of the banned nation or the Chief Justice, if the maximum duration of the ban has expired or its removal has been ordered by the Supreme Court
The following shall be considered minor offences:
1. Advocating commission of a moderate offence, with intent
2. Attempting to recruit citizens of The Leftist Assembly to join a non-embassy region, with intent
3. Attempting to recruit citizens of The Leftist Assembly to leave The Leftist Assembly, with intent
4. Conspiracy to commit a moderate offence
5. False representation as a member of the region, with intent
6. False representation of an official government document as unofficial, with intent
7. False representation of an unofficial document as official, with intent
8. Gross or repeated misuse of the Regional Message Board
9. Misuse of the Regional Message Board, with intent
10. Obstruction of or refusal to comply with a legal governmental order
11. Unauthorised plagiarism of a unique work of another nation, with intent
12. Unauthorised running in an election not authorised to run in, with intent
13. Unauthorised voting in an election not authorised to vote in, with intent
14. Use of citizenship or residency in The Leftist Assembly to advance the aims of a foreign government or organisation, with intent
15. Violations of provisions in other acts that are not otherwise stated to be a moderate or gross offence
16. Withholding knowledge of conspiracy to commit or the commission of a moderate offence
The following shall be considered moderate offences:
1. Acceptance of a bribe or inducement that has the intention of influencing a party in the Supreme Court to testify false information
2. Advocating commission of a gross offence, with intent
3. Allowing any nation besides the Secretary, outgoing Secretary, or nation designated by the Secretary to become World Assembly Delegate, with intent
4. Attempting to commit or actually committing espionage against any citizen, resident, organisation, or other affiliate of The Leftist Assembly on behalf of a foreign government or organisation, with intent
5. Conspiracy to commit a gross offence
6. Destruction of government documentation or information that cannot be replaced and its destruction interferes with the operation of The Leftist Assembly, regardless of intent
7. Destruction of government documentation or information, with intent
8. Disclosure of confidential government communications or classified information, with intent
9. Ejection of a nation in good-standing from the region, with intent
10. False representation as a member of government, with intent
11. False representation as a representative of The Leftist Assembly to a foreign government or organisation, with intent
12. Falsification of evidence for use within a trial or appeal
13. Impeding a member of the government in the execution of their duties, grossly or with intent
14. Knowingly presenting a false, fictitious, or fraudulent claim to a member of government, with the intent of misleading or influencing a government decision or action
15. Neglect of the responsibilities of a government position, grossly or with intent
16. Posting discriminatory content on the basis of gender, sexuality, ethnicity, disability, socioeconomic status or any other oppressive attitudes, with intent
17. Slander, libel, or blackmail against a nation in good standing
18. Spamming or trolling that disrupts regional activity or personal communications
19. Support for a far right-wing ideology
20. Use of falsified evidence in a trial or appeal, with intent
21. Violation of legislated trial or appeal procedure, with intent
22. Withholding knowledge of conspiracy to commit or the commission of a gross offence
23. Wrongful coercion, bribery, or inducement of a nation, with the intent of influencing a decision or action such as their vote in a regional election or the World Assembly
24. Wrongfully attempting to or actually circumventing a punishment imposed by a Regional Officer
25. Wrongfully punishing a nation for a criminal offence which they have not committed, with intent
The following shall be considered gross offences:
1. Abuse of lawfully-granted regional authority abilities, grossly or with intent
2. Acceptance of a bribe or inducement that has the intention of influencing a government decision or action, with intent
3. Aiding or adhering to any party or entity committing or conspiring to commit treason, sedition, or rebellion against The Leftist Assembly, an embassy region, or the legal backup region
4. Aiding or adhering to any party or entity executing or conspiring to execute an invasion against against The Leftist Assembly, an embassy region, or the legal backup region
5. Allowing any nation held by the Government of The Leftist Assembly to become inaccessible
6. Allowing the legal backup region to leave control of the Government of The Leftist Assembly
7. Attempting to commit or actually committing espionage against the Government of The Leftist Assembly or any current or former member of government on behalf of a foreign government or organisation, with intent
8. Bribery or inducement of a member of government, with the intention of influencing a government decision or action
9. Bribery or inducement of a witness or party in the Supreme Court to testify false information
10. Commission of or conspiracy to commit treason, sedition, or rebellion against The Leftist Assembly, an embassy region, or the legal backup region
11. Ejection of the Secretary from the region, with intent, unless their ejection is ordered by the Supreme Court or deemed urgently necessary
12. Execution of or conspiracy to execute an invasion against against The Leftist Assembly, an embassy region, or the legal backup region
13. Releasing personally identifying details, including but not limited to, names, locations of residence, age, relatives, employers, schools, and personal contact information, without explicitly written permission
14. Removing the Founder nation from the region, with intent
15. Undermining or compromising the regional security and sovereignty of The Leftist Assembly, grossly or with intent
16. Use of a government position to advance the aims of a foreign government or organisation, grossly or with intent
