The general Hussijan timeline [WIP]

This factbook is a timeline of Hussijan history, from the first great migrations to the present day. It will be expanded and polished in the future, hence the "WIP", but I figured having it would make my lore a bit clearer.

1415: Jan Hus is executed at the orders of the Catholic Church, inspiring the Hussite reformation.
1419: The Hussite wars begin, following the death of King Wenceslaus.
1434: The Taborites win a decisive battle against the Calixtines and Catholic forces at the Battle of Lipany, the Hussite Wars still wage on.
1492: Christopher Columbus discovers America. As news of the New World spreads across Europe, some Hussites start to imagine a settlement free of persecution in the New World.
1519: Charles V becomes Holy Roman Emperor. He would embark on a new wave of persecution against Hussites in Bohemia.
1521: Martin Luther is excommunicated, Hussite Christianity starts to spread across Germany alongside Lutheranism.
1525: On 28 December, Konrád Štýblo, duke of Brno, embarks towards the New World. This voyage is the first of many taken by Hussites towards the New World.
1526: Establishment of Svatý Slib, the first Hussijan settlement.
1532: Nová Praha is founded.
1534: On 13 August, the Republic of Hussija is founded (not to be confused with the Hussijan Republic).
1553-56: First Spanish-Hussijan war, ending in a small victory for Hussija.
1586-87: Second Spanish-Hussijan war, ending in the Spanish occupation of Panama.
1587: Syndic Jakub Volf is crowned creates the Holy Kingdom of Hussija, and is crowned king. He begins a process of centralisation of power, most visible within the Church as it develops a coherent and strict hierarchy in the following decades.
1647: King Jindřich I moves the capital to Nová Praha.
1689: Slave revolts erupt across the central provinces of the country. High minister Ivo Burian publishes his "Twelve Condemnations", attacking the country's political and religious leaders' tolerance of slavery.
1744: Hussija allies Great Britain against Spain.
1756-1763: Seven Years' War. Hussija wins many victories against Spanish colonies and conquers the Yucatan Peninsula.
1821: Following Panaman independence, it votes to reintegrate Hussija by referendum.
1846-48: Hussija fights alongside Mexico in the Mexican-American war.
1847: US troops enter Betlém (Panama City). The US will occupy the province after the end of the war, eventually creating a puppet state.
1889: Hussija abolishes slavery.
1894: Following the toppling of King Matouš IV and of the monarchy, on 14 September the Constitution of the Hussijan Republic is promulgated.
1907: The Movement for the Recognition of Catholicism, predecessor to the Catholic Union, is formed.
1921: General Emanuel Rmoutil takes power in a US-backed military coup. His regime, lasting until his overthrow by republican forces in 1926, is characterised by a violent persecution of leftists. Tens of thousands of people are estimated to have been killed under his rule in numerous mass killings.
1936: The Private Beliefs Act grants religious minorities the right to practice their faith in private and within designated religious buildings, grants citizenship to non-Hussite inhabitants of Hussija.
1936: Women gain the right to vote.
1949: The Catholic Rights Act grants the important Catholics minorities of Jukatán, Východní Jukatán and Kampetše special rights which they retain to this day.
1956: RTLH (Rozhlas a Televize Husija) is founded.
1956: The Workers' Party of Hussija splits from the Communist Party of Hussija over de-stalinisation and the Warsaw Pact intervention in Hungary.
1960: The Party for Socialism and Salvation is formed at the Congress of Čáslav, as a merger of the Communist Party of Hussija and the left factions of the Salvation Front. The right factions of the Salvation Front form the New Salvation Front.
1966: Comrade Silvestr Kučera, the current President of the People's Republic of Hussija and General Secretary of the PSS, is born.
1971: Comrade Mikoláš Novotný, the current Prime Minister of the Government and First Secretary of the PSS, is born.
1972: Colonel Vincenc Linhart takes power in a US-backed coup.
1973: On 14 September, Comrade Andrej Havlík launches the Podzimní Pole uprising, starting the Hussijan Revolution.
1974: On 28 December, the Red Night (Červená noc) massacre is committed by the dictatorship across Nová Praha in retaliation for PSS armed activities in the area.
1975: Following the victory of the revolutionary forces against the military dictatorship, on 24 September the People's Republic of Hussija is proclaimed. The Hussijan National Front (HNF) is formed shortly thereafter.
1975: On 21 December, the Constitution of the People's Republic of Hussija is promulgated.
1977: The Religious Freedom and Regulation Act is passed, granting religious minorities increased rights while maintaining the dominant position of Hussite Christianity in the country.
1978: The Soviet Union, displeased with the explicit Christian positions of the PSS, initiates a coup which fails. Hussijan-Soviet relations grow tense, and Hussija grows closer to China.
1986: Marek Borovský becomes the second President of the People's Republic of Hussija; Andrej Havlík remains General Secretary of the PSS.
1991: In an important upheaval, both the President and the General Secretary of the PSS are replaced. Jonáš Dolejší becomes the third President of the People's Republic of Hussija, while Bohdan Rybář becomes General Secretary of the PSS.
1995: The Hussijan National Assembly recognises the persecution of indigenous populations by Hussijan colonists as a crime against humanity.
1995: Comrade Silvestr Kučera becomes mayor of Západní Přístav.
1996: Emil Slota becomes the third President of the People's Republic of Hussija, and General Secretary of the PSS.
1997: The first country's Special Economic Zones (SEZ) are established in Svatý Slib and Brtnice.
2001: Comrade Silvestr Kučera is elected to the Hussijan National Assembly, as a delegate for Mezi Moři Province.
2001: The Kankún SEZ is established, in order to promote the Province's tourism industry.
2003: Comrade Andrej Havlík dies of cancer at the age of 67.
2004: The Fryšták SEZ is established near Červený Záliv.
2006: Josef Patočka becomes the fourth President of the People's Republic of Hussija, and General Secretary of the PSS.
2010: The Rousínov SEZ is established near Krnov.
2016: On 6 December, President Silvestr Kučera is first inaugurated and becomes the fifth President of the People's Republic of Hussija.
2022: Hussija legalises same-sex marriage.
2024: Hussija officially recognises Panama as a sovereign country and renounces its claims on its territory.
