Greater Democratic Theory

An act to reform our socialist economy, give management to the working class, and give more power to the people.

Starting today, gradually the Enlightened Democracy of Homidé will begin transitioning into a mixed market socialist economy with some state planning and a government structure that weakens the power of the executive and gives more power to the Enlightened Legislative Assembly, ushering in a new era of Enlightened Democracy under Greater Democratic Theory.

1. Worker co-ops shall be the dominant and mandated form of economic enterprise within the Enlightened Democracy of Homidé.

2. The state planned public housing service will be planned and managed by the legislature directly with help from advisors in the advisory council.

3. The state planned utilities will be planned and managed by the legislature directly with help from advisors in the advisory council.

4. The government-run welfare services will be managed by the legislature directly with help from advisors in the advisory council.

5. A council of experts will be elected as advisors for help planning and management in the legislature.

6. To run for the advisory council you must be qualified and have experience in what advisory role you're running for.

7. There will be a census carried out by the Independent Census Department every five years at the end of a five year plan.
