The Cyparissan Federal Political System

While Cyparissa doesn’t recognize a formal government, we do rely on a community-based system to set laws and keep our citizens safe.
The community system we use can be broken down into three parts:
The Hexadepartmental Community
Regional Representatives
National Protective Military

The Hexadepartmental Community (HDC) works to make laws and rule on trials based on the standing of the Sigil of Cyparissa. They’re responsible for governing the environment, culture, infrastructure, economy, communications, and humanity. The heads of each department are appointed based on the individual department regulation for doing such.

The Regional Representatives are responsible for giving input to the HDC and private corporations. They advise the political system based on each of their areas of expertise. There are five Representatives, one for each of the five regions in Cyparissa. The roles are filled using a yearly election cycle, with term limits sitting at four years maximum.

The National Protective Military takes advisement from the Department of Humanity and The Regional Representative, but remain they’re own independent organization. They serve to protect the people and environment of Cyparissa from hostile foreign forces. There are eight divisions of the National Protective Military that serve Cyparissa. Their leaders are appointed by the Department of Humanity and have no term limits.

This has been a Political Factbook published by the Cyparissan Department of Communications.
