Ovisnia's Child Labour Policiy

Children who have had 4 years of education are allowed to work, if they go to a work school.
A work school has to follow these guidelines:
1: Every job has to have at least one work school, except for heavy labour work.
1.1: Heavy Labour is forbidden to the age of 16
1.2: Heavy Labour work includes mining, building,m and working at nuklear plants and other work where children can get long-lasting health problems.
2: The children have to learn the basics at least one year, before they can start to work properly.
3: After this period of time, they have to start on projects. (Exp: Programming industry: the children start on their own computer game). This Stage takes till they are 16. Then they start to work properly.
4: The children get paid at least 2500 Nias a year until they are 16.
5: The works schools are governmental administered, as all industries are governmentally lead. They have to undertake examination 4 times a year.
