I. The Reichspolizei (Imperial Police) handles the matters of ideology control, anti-Reich activities, policing, citations, and detainment and takes care of compliance with the laws on the RMB and discord.
Ia. The Reichspolizei is part of the Ministry of the Interior and the Oberster Reichsgerichtshof, but all employees of the police are employees of the Ministry of the Interior.
Ib. The Oberster Reichsgerichtshof can use the Imperial Police as witness or give them the task to monitor.
Ic. The Reichspolizei act only on the basis of the laws of the Imperial Codex, the Civil Code, the RMB Purity Code and the Criminal Code.
Id. All laborers of the Reichspolizei must be citizens.

II. The Chief of the Reichspolizei is the Reichspolizeipräsident (Imperial Police President).
IIa. The Reichspolizeipräsident can only be appointed by an election in the Reichstag in which more than half of the Reichstag has voted for the candidate.

III. Any Imperial Police Officer may issue an arrest or a citation according to the respective form to a resident (Bauer and above, with the exception of the Kaiser) on strong suspicions and direct evidence of a crime committed.
IIIa. However, the arrested/cited individual must be charged for a reason within 90 minutes of the arrest, or else to be released.
IIIb. After three citations, the Reichspolizei will issue an arrest.
IIIc. All arrests must be followed by a trial within a month of their issuance.

IV. Reichspolizist is the lowest rank in the Reichspolizei. They work in shifts and perform simple police operations. Every Reichspolizist has to submit a shift performance report detailing any incidents to their Reichskommisar.
IVb. Reichskommisar is the second-highest rank in the Reichspolizei. The Reichskommisar review Offiziers, file and approve the performance reports.
IVc. The Reichspolizeipräsident is the highest rank in the Reichspolizei. The Reichspolizeipräsident leads in management of the Reichspolizei relating to arrests, citations, crimes prevention, and violation of the Imperial Law. The Reichspolizeipräsident is obliged to review and approve the reports of the Imperial Police Officers.

V. Surveillance by the Reichspolizei is only possible in suspected cases if the Oberster Reichsgerichtshof allows these suspects to be monitored.
Va. Right-wing extremists, fascists, left-wing extremists and others who do not comply with the laws of the Empire are considered suspected cases.
Vb. Suspected cases can be reported by citizens and the police to the Oberster Reichsgerichtshof.
VI. There should be at least one or two police officers regional officers to remove spam or degeneracy from the RMB.
