Ateyapey, a Farmer's Nation

Since the first citizens, farming has been prioritized and recognized as vital to Ateyapey's survival. Ateyapey's first export was hay, straw, and lumber. All households in Ateyapey participate in farming and agriculture. It is common practice for communities in Ateyapey to put everything on hold to go out to the fields to farm.

There is an unofficial holiday in Ateyapey which falls on the first day of harvest season. On that day, the first crops gathered are redistributed evenly through the local community or donated to charity.
