Potato Pride or Gamja Peulaideu in English:

Overlooking Mount Paektu, I look into the wonders of my farm,
Enjoying the benefits of the potato diet from my plentiful land,
In this far-flung land we used to be poor and needy,
Now we prosper for ten thousand years with the potato!

Potato pride!
Potato pride!

I looked over to my farm of many potatoes, calling forth my village as the Potato Distribution was finished,
I called out to them: "For feasting is the appropriate working man's behavior after cultivation!" and laid out a feast,
Potato pride! It keeps man fed and my country prosperous!
There is no greater plant than the potato, for the Party has proved as such!
A great farm requires a many potatoes to be cultivated!

Potato pride!
Potato pride!

In the afternoon, we go to and fro with our children,
Wandering the endless beautiful land and grow our potatoes,
Making the wife and children happy, living within the Party's goals!
Potato pride! Makes us all fed and happy!
Potato pride! Making the nation grow with each spud cooked!

Potato pride!
Potato pride!
