Citizenship Security Act

The Immigration and Citizenship Security Act(passed)

Understanding that registered citizens make up the backbone of the Conservative League
Recognizing the need for a standardized citizenship screening process as essential to the security of the region
Establishing the Ministry of Immigration as the principal body in running said screening process
The Conservative League hereby adopts the following policies for the screening and registration of new citizens in the Conservative League

I. Any nation that has resided in the League for 5 days may submit a request through TG to the Minister of Immigration to be screened and registered as a citizen, per the FRAUD Act.

II. The Ministry of Immigration will conduct a thorough background check of the nation, and will accept or reject the request based on the following criteria:
1. The membership of the nation in a known raiding group or other region that threatens the security of the League.
2. The apparent intentions of the nation in requesting citizenship.
3. The current DEFCON level of the Conservative League.

III.If a nation is accepted, they will be added to the Conservative League Citizenship roster, and will be afforded all the rights and privileges thereof, as per the FRAUD Act and Civil Liberties Amendment.

IV. If a nation is rejected based on the criterion mentioned above, the Ministry of Immigration may also eject said nation if they believe that the nation also poses an immediate threat to the security of the Conservative League

V.If an rejected and/or ejected nation feels that the decision rendered was biased or wrongful, they may submit an appeal to the Ministry of Justice for review, within 3 days of the decision.
1. If the Ministry of Justice determines that the decision was wrongful or biased, the Ministry of Immigration will be obligated to add said nation to the Citizenship Roster.

VI. The Ministry of Immigration, Ministry of Defense, or President of the Conservative League may eject or ban any nation entering the Conservative League which, upon review, appears to pose an imminent threat to the security of the Conservative League.
1. Any banned nation may submit an appeal to the Ministry of Justice within 3 days.
2. If the appeal is upheld, said nation will be allowed back into the Conservative League and may apply for citizenship after another 5 days.

VII. The immigration and citizenship screening process may be suspended by the President of the Conservative during a state of emergency or at DEFCON 2 and below.
