Constitutional Review: Ban and Ejection of an Individual from an Anti-Leftist Region.

Facts and Evidence of the Case

Following a series of posts to the RMB,I, New Prague Workers Republic launched a brief investigation of sorts into the nation of Jennifer lawrence is beautiful. I discovered that they previously belonged to the region of Liberatatem, an anti-leftist region on the verge of death. I telegrammed Atealia, the Current Delegate/Secretary of the Assembly and Cedoria, Current Minister of Defense. Shortly after,Jennifer lawrence is beautiful was ejected from the region and banned.

Constitutional Verdict

The fear was, by banning and ejecting this nation, the First and Second Statement of Rights were violated. The opposing argument states that the nation ejected was from a region which directly threatens The Leftist Assembly's security and integrity. The conclusion which I have reached, as per my review of the evidence, nature of the messages posted to the RMB by the ejected nation and the constitution(including the documents it was based on) that the ejection and ban of the nation was constitutional,as while it did violate the implied protections provided by the first and second Statements of Rights, the actions carried out served to protect the region from a possible reactionary threat, it's constitution and the rights of it's people as we formalize our government. The First and Second Statement of Rights, due to an oversight did not protect freedom of speech and expression, but it is now assumed and formally expressed from this decision and possible future legislation that those freedoms are now considered protected and subject to the respective clauses in Section B.

(For matters of Precedent, this may be referred to as CR: Ban and Ejection or similar.)
