Oh wow I just checked the rank of World assembly endorsments in this region and it turns out South lunaria is tied with 
Weed. That means if one more person endorses South lunaria they would become the delegate of the region!
They've also been inactive since January 6th

Hello.
You all don't know me, but almost two years ago now, I was a new player who came to this region with the intentions of making it my first official home on NS.
It wasn't.
I can see that the state of this region has not changed at all since I finally gave up and bailed on it over a year ago. The powers that be are still utterly inactive, and the few residents are left questioning the empty air and feeling disengaged.
The players I knew back when I dwelled in Pacifica were all ultimately defeated by this sense of disengagement and either left Pacifica likewise or eventually CTE'd. The best part about NationsStates is the communities within it, the ones where you can make real life friends, and participate in programs and events and RP and a myriad of other things.
In a region without that, why even bother playing?
I know this post is likely to be suppressed, whenever the powers that be finally notice it. That's fine. I was merely going down memory lane, and I felt obligated to leave this parting message on my first true region.
For those of you still here in Pacifica, I would encourage you to realize this game has so much more to offer. You can do better for yourselves. Find an active region- a region with a founder that cares, with a Delegate that speaks to the citizens. Find a place with life and activity, not merely the tombstones of inactive nations.

HELP! The region is in chaos! Someone alert The Protectorate of 
Pacifica Founder now or Pacifica will cease to exist! And also, The Minarchy of Weed seems pretty inactive well! Alert the founder, and elect someone else as the WA Delegate!
