hello! It seems like you're new here, let me give you the current state of Pacifica..... The entire region is in chaos. BUT,..... there is no but. The founder is very unactive and so is the supposed delegate which was supposed to be delegate but no one endorsed them. So my advice is to either help and try to rebuild this region to its formal glory or leave and go to other regions such as these united states ,Lituevjia ,Thalassia. Its pretty much up to you. But have fun in Pacifica!
Great! now the major issues here is the founder who is.... very unactive. He is currently the source of all the problems here in pacifica right now.

I’m seeing a lot of familiar faces who were guilty for a lot of what happened to this place. You know who you are. The rest of you- protect yourselves.
Everyone left because the Founder here was and is negligent. Try and rebuild all you want- unless he logs in and gives your WA executive, you’re stuck. There is no security, there are no new embassies, there is no government. Even worse than what he did to us.
Be wary of the old groups who were banned or proscribed. It was that way for a reason, though I’m sure they have some sob story about how they were wronged somehow. Notice how they never moved on, never grew their own communities well, and some still harass many of those who have left. Is that who you want to surround yourselves with? You’d have an easier time building your own communities- at least then no one can hoard executive powers to themselves and refuse who you elected the roles you gave them.
