I suspect that the 'Raid Attempts' were actually done by alts of someone from Novarus, with those alts being moved to the region they came to CC from, now the question is, now, if that was the case, we have to ask, was the entirety of Novarus involved or was it a sole individual. Becuase, it wouldn't make sense for a local to be endorsed out of the blue to be a WA Delegate by a raider region.

It still does, but they are mostly in the south like Bavaria.
Bismarck was an anti-Catholic, he believed Catholics would undermine his nationalist views of a German unified state as he thought German Catholics would put the interests of the Pope first before that of Germany. He also disliked Poles for similar reasons.
