Hi everybody, it has come to my attention that either in the shutdown of NS or in my accidentally doing this, the welcome telegram has been deleted. If anybody still has this in their telegram inbox, then please copy and paste it to me via telegram. I really don't want to have to write a new one, especially since that one was really good. If you still have it, then PLEASE telegram it to me. If I don't get a response by tomorrow morning, then I will just make a new one, but I would rather not.

But ye My Activity fell down alot, since i played this just to embassy race
By putting activity, My dossier of all embassy collectors and just copy em to catch up lol.

I have a feeling that the absence of welcome telegrams is due to the shutdown. Also, you are now unable to search for a region by tags. (For example, I use the "New" tag to look for new regions to request embassies with.)
