Tariff free trade for Atrochan exports, preferential treatments of Atrochan food products and internet services, and perhaps Maneiran assistance in dealing with subversive elements be it human or not. Perhaps even lesser taxes on Atrochan ethnics in Maneiras, and full Maneiran economic alignment with Atrocha.

That is if Atrocha were to expand Alcat rights; allow for Alcat political offices, greater freedom of mobility, greater freedom of speech, and freedom of enterprises, and the equal treatment of Alcats and Humans under the law. A happy minority is a profitable minority, Atrocha.

And perhaps, forming an NGO with the goal in mind being to fight for equal treatment between Alcats and Humans. Even if it's ceremonial, it counts.
