I hope all of you are having a great day. I didn't see any questions aside from Cerd's, so I'm going to quickly answer that and then give a brief remark on my experience.
Normally, this would sound like a very busy combination of roles, however as the last term and this term so far have shown, it is doable. There hasn't been much Senate business in the last 4 or so months, with the exception of a bill here or there. All in all, it is a workload that I can easily handle, especially with my prior experience as a Justice, which I wanted to quickly talk about.
So, many of you were not Thaecians at the time of this, but I used to be a Justice a few years back and was even Chief Justice for a period. It has been a role I enjoyed having. And, with your confirmation, would be a role I would enjoy doing again.
