The council only judges by the rules, not their opinions. 10. Only the council knows the rules 10,5. The rules are made by the council 11. The Council can see your browser history, once you are Citizen of Da Brothas. 12. Only the consul can throw people out of the council. 13. Nobody can replace the Consul, everyone is under his control 14. The consul has to look for a descendant before he dies. 15. The only time the council is not under the control of the consul, is when he died without announcing a descendant 16. The council is forced to look for a new consul, if Rule 15 happens. 17. The consul is the only one who can break the rules, but only when it is necessary. 18. The council doesn’t have much power outside the borders of Da Brothas 19.
