Our system of the SA-WL depends also on victim approval. If the victim desires to let them free, then we will do that. It's exactly what happened.

There's this absolutely phenomenal thing called regional officers. It allows other people to do things that the delegate would only be able to do otherwise.

Obviously, anything you do will be undone in probably ten minutes this major, so decide how long you want to spend messing about
