Privet and Welcome to Novovaritsya
The Federation of Novovaritsya is a home to 736.2 million people, spanning the entire Assarian Continent and is made up of 20 republics and over 50 cultures. The country was founded by Tsar Boris Magnus Vyigratsky during the great Varitsyan Unification in 1805, while the republic was established by Field Marshal Leonid Isakov through a coup in 1900. After the coup was successful, four nations under the old imperial government rose against the Varitsyan government, which ended in a victory on the Varitsyan side. The infamous battle happened in the Field of Talinsk, where on day 1, Field Marshal Isakov himself led his forces in the front field and even participated in a firefight against the revolting force during the first day of the battle. After the civil war was over, Field Marshal Isakov changed the country's laws, established governmental bodies and an economic system, and proclaimed himself the first president of the newly established Novovaritsyan Federation. The Map
The Federation of Novovaritsya is home to 736.2 million people, spanning the entire Assarian Continent, and is made up of 20 republics and over 50 cultures. With a land area of 8.7 million square kilometers, Novovaritsya is nominated as the biggest country in the world. The territory of Novovaritsya is made up of one continent and around 100–200 islands, some of which are sold to the Novovaritsyan citizens. Novovaritsya is made of 20 republics and one central government, with each republic having its own army, although the central government always has a bigger army within each republic. While the capital city is located on the biggest island in the country, thanks to the military, police, and administration workers, the government can still put the 20 republics under its command. Even though Novovaritsya is the biggest country in the world, rumor has it that Novovaritsya will soon launch a colony ship to the moon, considering that the moon holds everything the Varitsyan people need, like water, fruit, animals, etc.
Novovaritsya is comprised of around 687 cities, and each of the 20 biggest cities becomes the capital of one of the republics within Novovaritsya. The 20 biggest cities are Roskov (also known as the capital), Volansk, Isvagrad, Zolotoygrad, Feniks Gorod, Lemansk, Raschtusk, Ilyatchslava, Karlsgrad, Biryad, Duruvansk, Alsasgrad, Portovyy, Kaliningrad, Tulonsk, Turan, Ulyatsk, Khalinsk, Viryatovsk, and Mirslava. The 20 cities are used to be the capitals of the 20 kingdoms in Novovaritsya and they are currently the economic hearts of the country, which makes them important and also guarded the most. The Novovaritsyan government is currently funding the underground city project in the mountainous area surrounding the capital city in order to prevent overpopulation in the capital region.
For over 100 years, the federation government stood strong against many other government forms. The stability and economy of the country are the foundations of its success. Novovaritsya is not a capitalist country; instead, it is a socialist country, using Isakov Socialism as its governmental form. Isakov Socialism is a governmental form that provides the right for its citizens to establish their own company and nationalizes foreign companies within Novovaritsya. This is done to prevent economic failure and to make the Novovaritsyan citizens a bit more creative in making money, while all the government needs to do for them is subsidize as many things as possible and facilitate the civilians. There are several companies established by the citizens of Novovaritsya that go international. Some of which are Tsar Automotive, Avia Company, Mekh, etc.
Apart of the economic side of the Isakov Socialism, the government itself is considered as democratic government in the internationals. Every 5 years, the election for the new president of Novovaritsya will be held. A president can be elected for 3 times, which is equal to 15 years of leading the country. There are several parties in Novovaritsya, although the election is limited to the 3 biggest parties in Novovaritsya. The 3 biggest parties are the Federal'naya Sotsialisticheskaya Partiya Novovaritsy (Federal Socialist Party of Novovaritsya/FSPN), Natsional-Sotsialisticheskaya Partiya Novovaritsy (National-Socialist Party of Novovaritsya/NSPN), and Rabochaya Partiya (Worker's Party/RAPAR), while the current leading party is the FSPN.
A huge country needs a strong military to protect it from foreign invaders. The Federation of Novovaritsya is trusting its Federation Army in matters of international conflicts and home defense. The Federation Army is made up of 1.5 million soldiers, although around 584,000 lack modern equipment, which makes them vulnerable against more advanced enemy forces. However, the outdated army is used by the Novovaritsyan Ministry of Defense as the winter force, considering that in 1955, Novovaritsya fought against five countries and won due to the winter. To achieve victory, the rest of the Novovaritsyan soldiers are trained to survive and fight in dry, arid, tundra, delta, empty field, hills, mountains, rivers, and urban areas. Not to mention that they were trained using a real-time battle simulation, where they will fight against the elite force using guns and rubber bullets. It was a lethal training, but it was necessary.
The Novovaritsyan government permitted its soldiers to smile at the crowds during the parade, and they even ordered at least three of them to assist a civilian who passed out during the parade when they noticed it. They are loved by the citizens of Novovaritsya for helping the civilians during the 2010 earthquake in Biryad. The Novovaritsyan soldiers are watched by the government and the secret military police personnel in order to keep the citizens safe from being oppressed by the Federation Army soldiers. Another fact about the Federation Army is that they were the first to ever recruit female soldiers and the first to ever have a female minister of defense. Novovaritsya is the 2nd strongest country in the world by military force, which was achieved through both equipment and training.
