Papolikayf was founded February 22, 2017 by a group of visionaries who dreamed of the perfect country. They imagined a utopia, characterized by a strong dedication to pacifism and science, populated by a wide variety of cultures.
Now home to 1.5 billion citizens, Papolikayf is ranked in the top 5% for most pacifist, most inclusive, most developed and most inclusive. Crime and ignorance are a thing of the past, and our government is proudly ranked 126,673rd most corrupt in the world, a figure that contributes to our populations ranking in the top 6% of least politically apathetic.
