The nation was founded when a washed-up businessman (The first administrator) thought conquering and running a few third-world countries would be a profitable endeavor, it was not, he went bankrupt. But the government he left behind actually turned out be quite stable, and the government he helped build has held strong for many years.
The political structure of Riklasia
The current ruler of Riklasia is ADMIN15
Riklasia possesses an unusually flat governance structure, with minimal oversight, where one person might supervise hundreds of people. The lowest level worker might only need 4 upwards promotions to receive commands directly from the Administrator.
There are no elections, the previous Administrator hands over power when they feel there is someone more qualified. Riklasia is generally considered a meritocracy, with the ones in positions of power most of the time being those who are most suited for said roles. People are frequently demoted if they do a subpar job.
The climate and geography of Riklasia
Fairly temperate, perhaps a bit hot.
Large eastern coast, with beautiful beaches.
