Toastsylvania was officially founded sometime in 1779 by a confederation of forest tribes known as the Yeast and Sugar alliance. The nyan cat was named the official animal as it provided valuable resources such as food and clothing to all the tribes living in the area of its habitat. Modern Toastsylvania came to be when the constitution was overhauled for the modern era on February 4, 1921.
