7.8 for 1 hour? That would powder most cities. Witness reports aren't normally used to ascertain death numbers, bodies get counted. Good luck with the recovery, but kindly remember that we prefer no double posting on the RMB. Editing the previous post is always a better option.

I think you left out being stuck listening to a broken record as an option, but I'll bite. How high above the ground would I be on the lift? How far from either end? What's the temperature? What floor is the elevator stuck on? How many people are in the lift? These need to be known before one can make an informed decision. You were looking for informed decisions, right?

There is, but the fact that you're asking the question means that you won't be able to. You could keep a notebook and write down every decision you make, thus enabling you to refer back to it. I'll take it as given that you didn't do that so the answer to your question becomes no. To this day I have no idea how I turned my nation into a dictatorship but I'm afraid to undo too much.

Excellent motivation, however, we do have a system in place to ensure that we don't have multiple people contacting the same nation.
