City Spotlight: Aza'ar by The Aosta Valley Among millions of people's travel lists, lives the ancient country of Mabanarlan. One of their most visited cities, and one of the most beautiful and historical metropolitan areas in the Global Guild, lies the city of Aza'ar. The city is known for many things, including being the one of the largest cities in Mabanarlan, being the most historic and largest majorly Jewish settlement in the East, hosting the old Mzrkh parliament building, and its world-class seafood. Its large tourism numbers are almost entirely due to these reasons. As of 12 March, 2024, 8 million people in its metropolitan area. Aza'ar is the home to several marvelous historic sites, including but not limited to the Museum of Trotuar, the Ark fun Mikonos, the last standing Kretshme Aza'ar, and, the most famous among them all, the UNESCO World Heritage cite of the Cathedral of Ágios Parísi. Yet, the Mabanese Federal Republic's ex-capital remains the country's second most important city and an open-air museum with a gourmet variety of seafood. Fun fact: Aza'ar remains to be the largest city in Mabanarlan for its entire existence.
TGG Today: Where in the World is George Petska? by The Aosta Valley In Mabanese history, George Petska has always been an influential figure. A leader, he introduced many policies and organizations including, the Mabanese Space Administration, a pledge of allegiance, and destroying the threat of terrorism on the Mabanese peninsula. In the middle of his 4-year term, a coup d'état began to rise, led by Alexander Demeter. He attempted to shut it down through his own efforts, with roadblocks and an increase in checkpoints throughout the 5 provinces of Mabanarlan. However, his efforts weren't successful, and Alexander Demeter got executive control and became the Premier of the Mabanese Federal Republic. However, during Demeter's reign of terror, he turned the Federal Republic into a totalitarian military junta. He had all of his political opponents and their families either imprisoned, executed, or exiled, causing an influx of immigrants coming to the Aosta Valley. All of these cases were openly discussed and exposed by Demeter's junta themselves. They were open about every politician, except for Petska. The civilians of Mabanarlan have theories of the fate of Petska. Many believe that he was executed, while many believe he lied low and escaped the nation with his family. It's still up for debate, but no one will ever know the whereabouts of George Petska, previous president of the Mabanese Federal Republic.
