But alas, all good (or bad) things come to an end. The only constant is that you're still here!

Albanians do not belong to the ethnic group of The Slavs or The Southern Slavs. Their language and cultural identity is completely different from that of the rest of the other Southern Slavs or Yugoslavs. They are a bit of an anamoly in The Balkans really, like Romania, for example. The Romanian language is very different from the language of the countries around it and even though Romania is technically part of the Balkans, their language sounds nothing like the other Slavic languages around them because they are Latin. Romania was once a Roman colony.

This comparison has straight up offended me,
We are literally enemies with most Slavs, it's like saying the US is the UK, it's wrong and kinda offensive
Yeah I know I know, but you know what I meant, the majority is muslim

True. About half of the population is Muslim, but Bosnia-Herzegovina has always prided itself on being multicultural until the nationalists ruined it. I am, of course, talking about The Republika Srpska (The Serbian Republic) with its nationalist and one-sided rhetoric.

Thank you for sticking up for my people 🇦🇱🇦🇱🇦🇱🇦🇱🇦🇱
Now that I think about it, Albania and Bosnia are similar,
Majority Muslim, multicultural, have a dislike with Serbia due to some sort of ethnic conflict etc etc

Gridland Empire wrote:I've heard of grape candies before, don't know if they're the same though

Cotton candy grapes are a type of grape that have a faint cotton-candy-like taste to them

Many of the Albanian people who I know understand Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, Macedonian, or whatever other Slavic languages you want to name. They had to learn to be able able communicate with their neighbours. They are highly resourceful and hospitable people. The Albanian language (called shqipe) is rather inters because it is a unique mixture of Latin, Greek, Turkish, Italian, and Slavic languages with various geographical dialects.
