I'm using Photoshop. Also, what happened to color scheme? I'm trying to draw in red, it shows grey. Green works though.

I've no idea - it's a PNG and not saved in greyscale, it sounds like a photoshop issue (you should still be able to see how pixels it is) but here's a reference image for what different claim sizes would look like: https://i.imgur.com/qXrCmQ6.png

What about if someone has land on the map, but then they're put on blanket suppression?

Branching from Joho's question, what if someone who held a huge amount of land on the map was BSed? I'm assuming someone is removed from it if put on BS, but if there was land a nation had previously wanted from that nation, would it be granted to them, and would land just shift back to the last possible state before them? I'm just wondering, it's unlikely but I'm curious.

That's probably the case, depending on the severity of the blanket suppression offences.
