Our Founding

Viceroy Vincent had a dream. The dream was unrelated to the rest of this story, but please note it involved cheese and invertebrates. The Viceroy then woke and decided it was time to start a new nation. One of peace and tranquility, and the drive to be as left wing as possible without getting too authoritarian. Then Viceroy Vincent heard about NationStates, and decided it'd be easier to do it that way.

Thus, our great nation of Viceroy Vincent was founded.
