NWA Ministry of Diplomacy
It is a request to all the regions requesting for an embassy with the region of New Western Atlantic (or NWA) to go through the requirements and ensure they meet the basic criteria and hence apply. Do note that exceptions may be made, but that will be up to the Minister of Diplomacy to decide at their discretion. For the best establishment and maintenance of diplomatic communications, it is highly recommended that diplomats join
Ministry of Diplomacy DiscordThe requirements for opening an embassy with the NWA(not required to meet all but is preferred):
Must have an active RMB, or an off-site chat (preferably Discord). this will be the number one indicator of whether or not we choose to pursue diplomatic relations.
Must have zero tolerance for toxic/extremist out-of-character (OOC) behavior (there's a difference between being a bit edgy and outright toxicity/hate of other groups).
Must not be a Puppet Storage and/or Embassy Collector region
Must have a World Assembly Delegate
Having a minimum of 10-20%, of its nations in the World Assembly.
Generally 40 nations is desirable at the time it requests for an embassy. Unless significantly below 40, this will be not used as a dis-qualifier.
The New Western Atlantic is a neutral region in R/D, we don't condone raiding operations apart from antifascist.
Must be willing to send over diplomats/ambassadors and accept ambassadors from the region.
Must respect the region's core values of Democracy & Freedom of Speech.(as long as the speech doesn't lead into requirement 2)
The requirements for opening a consulate with the NWA are the same for embassy requirements except for(note a consulate is relations with the region on an off-site communication basis):
Generally 20 or less nations is desirable at the time it requests for a consulate.
Having a minimum of 0-5%, of its nations in the World Assembly.
Having a World Assembly Delegate is optional.
if your region meets any of the following it may result in the closure of the embassy between our regions.
A sudden shift to extremism.
Multiple hostile actions against the NWA were carried out by members of the region in question.
Their RMB, or off-site chat becomes inactive(no post for 4 days or more)

Minister of Diplomacy:
The head of the Ministry of Diplomacy(MOD), will assume certain diplomatic duties if an ambassador is not assigned to a Region.
Deputy Minister of Diplomacy:
The deputy of the Ministry of Diplomacy, will perform certain delegated actions similar to the MOD if needed.
Diplomatic Corps:
The staff of the ministry, to be assigned as ambassadors to regions and to assist the Minister of Diplomacy in the execution of their duties.
