I have removed Red Army Faction. The main reasons are that this is a military zone and if they neither identify themselves nor endorse me as the delegate they will not be allowed to stay here.

As a reminder:
This is a military zone!
- Everyone endorse me as the delegate
- No cross endorsing
- Everyone who arrives has to identify themselves
If somebody doesn't follow these rules, they will face banjection.
