Region: Rakhoutenstad Treaty

The Rakhoutenstad Treaty Council denounces the actions of the terrorists Brown and Fletcher, and deeply regrets the loss of life inflicted through their actions. However, the GNWW trial must not continue, as the GNWW Crown is heavily biased, being the head of one of two warring factions, both of which have received varying degrees of recognition from other treaty nations. As such, these individuals must be sent to a secure and impartial location for trial by the Rakhoutenstad Treaty Council, for which purpose, Rakhoutenstad is recommended.
