Daily geography fact: Apparently I was wrong about Saudi Arabia being the largest nation with no rivers or lakes.

Algeria actually is the largest nation without any lakes or rivers.

For comparison, Algeria is nearly the same size as Krasnoyarsk Krai.

Algeria: 919,600 miles (2,381,740 km)

Krasnoyarsk Krai: 913,800 miles (2,366,797 km)

Wouldn't it make more sense to compare with an actual known country like Kazakhstan or Argentina, etc rather than a russian Krai? It seems more intuitive
