I honestly didn't mind the vacation since I was sort-of half-taking it anyway... in part just to feeling utterly exhausted for no reason for the last week and a half, and in part because it did let me create some sudokus (unfinished, one finished but unpublished cause I can't get myself to re-test it) and this rancid language puzzle game called Lingo. All the more reason I'm suspect that the last message posted on the RMB before the crash was me saying "Forest is now (hopefully) [mostly] MoFA-drama free and I can finally leave you all alone for a while xD [...] Now to procrastinate by doing something else..."

In fairness, for me it wasn't a total vacation anyway. There's thankfully still a way for many of us Forestlandianerites to communicate with one another offsite that doesn't require spamming our pristine Forest embassy on-forum. It's a little something called discord thAT'S RIGHT I'm doing another shameless plug you can join live chat with all of your favorite governing rocks and fellow shrubs by finding the discord link somewhere in the wfe. (Understood if you don't trust discord enough to use it but still it truly did help the time pass by.)

f aside from that I'm really going to miss maps and the natural wonders. they were so incredible and needlessly integral to the game. whatever will we do without them. :(

edit2: p.s. ns please remember my top 1% status for Average Disposable Income I miss you so

Edit: Sorry I just hit enter on something I meant to send like five hours ago before I had to go with my mom for some lab tests. healthcare's soooo fun. anyway, Verdant Haven regarding your poll information:

1) I too have election result histories saved lol. Have a full dispatch of elections here. would love to compare notes to see if there are any inconsistencies ;P

2) With regards to Astoria, last I recall, only 7 people voted "yes" (may have been as high as 9 though), and like a third voted abstain, with most everyone else voting no. Can't remember for sure, the no-abstain divide could've been a bit larger or smaller. Options were definitely Yes No and Abstain top-down.

3) Sol Aeternalis passed 24 yes 12 no, exactly.

4) Actually, the vast majority of Forestians approved an official chess agreement. There were only like 4 votes otherwise... I can't remember what the options were, but I think it was like 3 for the bottom option and 1 for the middle one, if you still have those polls saved in a tab somewhere at all. I can't remember which was "unofficial participation" and which was "no participation", but I believe those were the only three options.

5) JEFF's participation, I can't remember exactly what the options were but I do recall that it was extensively "unofficial participation". I believe a few individuals voted for official participation, and a couple or three chose to have no recognition of them at all, either opting to reform canopy or have no official recommendation whatsoever... but I can't be certain sadly, and I can't even be sure those were all the options.

Afraid that's about as much help as I can provide. I realize most of this is still pretty flimsy, but I hope that it helps piece together a bit of missing information for you. I don't know if anyone remembers anything from between may and september either, although I don't think a huge number of polls were made in that time - in fact it was a notably quiet time after we changed over. In fact... did we even have any polls between the election and the Government Amendment? Not sure - I thought there might've been maybe one but it's slipped my mind.
