The Aldmeri Dominion humbly sends some of the best duelists from the nation, being able to provide a duelist in every category except axes and shields, referring to the Meri Dominion (not to be confused wit the Altmeri Dominion) nation of Falmereth, where the human population there, while an affront to Mer across the world, has the greastest axe-weidlers on the continent. Groups of warriors from all over Valeara arrive in the Golden Isles for the training event. The most elite groups came from just two regions: Kalthura and Miltrad.
The Yuyan Archers are a group of elite, highly skilled Fire magic archers.
Rough Rhinos were an elite group of Fire magic Komodo Rhino cavalry riders who work on a freelance basis. They will train in Polearms.
The Dai Li is the elite secret police force of Oma Singse who work to capture, interrogate, and imprison political dissidents of the Kingdom of Oma Singse. They will train in Wrestling.
Kyoshi Warriors are an order warriors tasked with protecting the Town of Kyoshi. They will train with Shortswords.
The Royal Procession is a unit of elite fire magic soldiers who serve as personal and ceremonial guards for one of the Monarchs in Kalthura. They will train with Longswords.

The King of Oma Singse from the Miltrad region wishes to congratulate Kyoshi Warrior Suki for placing third in the Palatine Spring Tourney Wrestling event. The King also extends his wishes to Aldertilim Tahromkaender of Arataeum Kinhold (Yishraela) who placed first in the Longsword event.
The Tournament;
The spring tournament is a martial sporting event held from April 5th to April 20th. The event is open to all the Lords of the Empire as well as knights from realms abroad with which Palatine maintains foreign relations. The tournament is made up of 6 events; archery, combat with polearms, combat with axes and shields, combat with shortsword and shield, wrestling, combat with longsword and the joust. Competitors will compete in each event in turn, with the 5 best performing being awarded one point, and the best performer 3 points. At the end the eight participants with the most points will qualify to compete in the joust. The joust itself is single elimination with the first to unhorse their opponent twice moving on to the next bracket.

This roster should contain the name and station of each competing athlete, their home settlement, their heraldry if any, and the event they wish to specialize in(note that participants may not select the joust as a specialization). See the example roster for formatting.
