Missed the minor update, so I have to assume this is located where my list shows it to be.
Temporary Oracle Region only.
Embassy Offers should be accepted before they expire.
When I change this region to a MATRIX REGION, I will also update the flag and banner too. Currently, I will be using the ORACLE FLAG and Ukraine banner.

The initial two embassy offers are ORACLE EMBASSIES and when they are locked into the region's HISTORY, they will both be closed. By then, the initial MATRIX EMBASSIES should be accepted, but still PENDING. This is to prevent the MATRIX EMBASSIES from corrupting my ORACLE LIST. If that makes sense.
There should be room for six more Permanent Embassies for the ground floor. The rest after that are just fillers.
Forgot to get back here to remove the two oracle embassies. They shortcircuted the oracle embassy list, cutting off some 200 plus regions from The rejected Realms to Shan Empire.
