As the priest prodded, passers-by could be seen being redirected away from the Untecnan ship. A small crowd had formed, and they looked curious. But, that was soon broken up and was replaced by a couple of soldiers and vehicles moving about.
No cars came for the Untecnan's, no shuttle for transport, and no visible official diplomats. While the Great Wa appears to be tolerating the Untecnan incursion, it is clear that the Untecnan's are less than welcome

Irulan: "...I came to meet with whoever may be here, sir. My name is Irulan Atreides. I am the queen of the Confederational Kingdom of Untecna, a state in alignment with Columbia."
She would pull back her hand when the shake was not received.
Irulan: "My Sardaukar are acting as royal scouts."
Irulan: "I am not hungry."
Ophelia: "Well it is evident you aren't here for tourism...what is it that you wish."
Irulan: "...I am always concerned with the relations of my state with others. It has become clear that you have drifted back some."
Maksim: "If the patient asks for you, then you're welcome to come in."
Ophelia: "Indeed...go on."
The Priest frowns and then mutters something in Japanese to a Prizrak. The Prizrak then leaves the scene.
However, the priest does not still bow. While the Confederal King of Untecna may be almost part of the Columbian Empire, they are not the Columbian Empire.
Priest: I see. Well, a convoy has been dispatched to bring you to His Majesty, King Shōkan. It will be here within two minutes. I heavily suggest you either leave the Scouts here or bring them on a leash. When in Japan, any foreigner who is outside of Tokyo is instantly killed. Same with ships. Any spacecraft that strays into the airspace above Japan [except for tokyo] is shot down. I wouldn't want that happening to your precious people.

Ophelia: "Interesting, I would agree to loosening things up a bit between us...however I, and the government have little to go off of..."

Irulan: "While I will fully comply and keep my Sardaukar close as guardians, I do not believe it is wise to try and intimidate with threats of war. I am a peaceful woman; war is not in the interest of my country, as evidenced by the destruction of Arrakis those years ago."
Irulan: "Elaborate."
Ophelia: "Well you say you seek peace and not war, yet you keep invading countries and expanding on Artemis...you attempted to undermine the Equestrian monarchy...you bothered my cousin in Jerusalem and the Hegemonic leadership. You continued the magna conversio in the new territories which you took over. You do not respect your position as a vassal. To us here in this galaxy we see a clear semblance with you and your father...the only difference being that you are more businesslike in your dealings. How would we trust that this is not an attempt to get us to lower our stance in order to exploit us for Hegemonic military secrets? Or to support some of the pro-magna conversio groups that exist in pockets in this country."
Irulan: "Have I not noted before that I am always open to making concessions?"
Ophelia: "Indeed...however...how far the concessions are to go is another thing."
Irulan: "Well, that can be what we negotiate first."
Ophelia: "Well I suppose you should lay down your demands..."
Irulan: "I have no demands."

Equestria wishes to see the Untecnan state understand its place as a Columbian Vassal, and to stop engaging in extra-territorial diplomacy which might not be in the interests of Columbia, the largest one being the Surainian question...as there is suspicion here among the government that you intend to restart the Artemisian Collective, which from my own personal visits to the country, I found to have been disasterous for the Surainian peoples.
