The spike in xenophobia had become growing concern to The Moranem Faction, (the more radical militant wing of The Council of Abstract Thoughts) having declared: the first act any despot in a desperate gamble for power is to establish a scapegoat to serve as an explanation to the modern horrors of society to ease off the burden that comes with attaining said power, absolving themselves of any wrong doing as they engage in open warfare against the xenos acutely aware the enemy has been institutionalized brutalized, and systematically dis-empowered leaving their foes compliant, exhausted, isolated, and ultimately weakened and vulnerable to begin the preparations for a systematic genocide.
While few will pity the plight of the xenos, most will turn a blind eye to the extermination of an entire species, apathetic to the struggle one lone species faces, in this process however the numb become blind, their brains decaying as they fail to see such a barbaric brutal system is a gluttonous, a sole meal will never satisfy it's hunger as they will soon devour the next victims, and the, and the next, and the, till it's their turn, by then no one will remain to speak out on their behalf.
The Moranem Faction will continue on this tirade, that such a system even if it's very existence is bonded to a previous administration that had been phased out, the brutal annihilation never began nor ended with the Crymetheans. The truth is if leaders continue to refuse to acknowledge the ties between power and responsibilities, continue to deny their role in problems that arise from their own actions and allow lunatics to run rampant without supervision they've paved an unbroken path of hatred and death, a gluttonous cycle of power that will raze and leech off the inhabitants of the land till ruins remain. Having made their point they would make the following proposals to combat Xenophobia at home.
The Installment of Legal Protection- The government, The leadership, The representatives of the nation must lead by example to enact the changes we wish to witness flourish throughout the nation. Gutting Justice Ministers that tend to show or publicly commend extremist thoughts found popular in Xenophobic states. Passing laws at a federal level making hate crimes as a new classification that will bring harsher punishment if caught. Increasing time limitations on crimes motivated by Xenophobia. Require business, and educational institutions to provide training on discrimination and racism. Banning and criminalizing hate speech against Xenos. Requiring educational institutions to include history on Xenophobia and it's consequences to the curriculum. Lessening the leash on small businesses that aid in the fight against Xenophobia allowing them to pay less taxes for complying with our law making. The purging of government leaders, judges, and law enforcement that have displayed biases against people for their race, religion, gender, sexuality, identity, or species.

I realized I made the mistake of forgetting to rp the fact a lot of Cambodia refuse to submit themselves to the feet of the Surrealist ideology earlier during the establishment of the ideology.
Which makes my failure of passing any significant anti xenophobic legislation above seem as if the existence of xenophobic religious Twink zealots exist at a wide level.

This will be my last post for the foreseeable future. I dropped out of college as I don’t see the point of it anymore. I will never need to worry about money. But more importantly I am volunteering to go back into Ukraine. This time I am going to fight on the correct side.
If this is goodbye I’d just like everyone to know.
A Crisis of Education
The Equestrian Department of Education was in trouble. As the nation rapidly had expanded, engulfing hundreds of smaller education systems and forcing the EDE to expand rapidly, stretching resources thin and leaving some colonies lacking. Indeed it was estimated that 1,300 or so systems had little to no education systems in place. This was an unacceptable position for Equestria, which now was a formidable and potentially lucrative ally and business partner to many. As such the Equestrian Council of the People’s would pass the James Heartwind Education Act which would see the following done in order to alleviate the issues.

1. Funding to the EDE would be provided upon the reprganisation of the Department into a more centralised unit.
2. The EDE would consist of a central organisational council and various other regional branches.
3. The Kingdom of Yazakhastan would be granted ‘educational autonomy’ along with the Atlantian Confederation of Systems.
4. The Director of the EDE would be appointed via Senate Committee and candidates suggested by the Council of the People.
5. The Canterlot Royal University will become nationalised and renamed to The Imperial University of Equestria.
The bill would be highly praised in Equestrian media as absolutely necessary and a welcome change to the system. With the semi-decentralisation of some aspects and the centralization of the more important aspects, education could continue to become more efficient.
In the meantime Grand Prince Shaddam of Yazakhastan along with his government would be given a grant of 2.3 billion Florins to establish a national university for Yazakhastan in Kyiv. Thus the Diana Ivanovich National Institute of Learning would be established, offering initially courses primarily in English and History, albeit there were hopes for expansion.
During all of this Equestria was not silent about why it was making such reforms…indeed it was evident that Equestria intended to get a leg-up over the educational institutions and systems of other more established nations, wanting to make their education system on par with that of great nations such as Ebbot, or the Hegemony.
As such another part of the reforms were the funding of “Educational Research Centre’s” on University Campuses which would host programs for students to go and learn about other topics and fields in other countries and universities. The program itself would be named “Project Think-Tank” or “The Royal Society for Research” .
As such Equestria would reach out to several nations requesting permission to establish offices for the Royal Society of Research, those being. Columbia, Vsshtak, The Greater Hegemony and Hegemonica, Volga Germany, Xeosia, Ebbot, The USSR, The UAR, Chizale, and Surainion.
