Student's Untimely End Shocks RRRC!

In a heartbreaking incident that has sent shockwaves through Nobikyu International Institute, the untimely death of 18-year-old Lei Ok-San has left the community reeling. The talented student, a standout in the Communication Department, met a tragic end at the institute's fish pool complex, where he took his own life by drowning.

According to witnesses, Lei had been visibly troubled and despondent in the days leading up to the tragedy, with friends initially attributing his demeanor to the pressures of institute activities. However, an investigation by authorities revealed a deeper underlying cause: Lei's recent exam results. For four consecutive years, Lei had maintained the prestigious position of number one in his department. Yet, this year, despite his remarkable intellect and dedication, he fell short, securing the second position instead. It is believed that Lei's relentless pursuit of academic excellence, combined with his unyielding ambition, may have contributed to his mental anguish.

While authorities found no evidence of external pressure from Lei's parents to maintain his top-ranking status, it appears that his own internal drive and lack of self-compassion may have played a role in his tragic decision. As the institute community mourns the loss of one of its brightest talents, authorities are urging students to prioritize their mental well-being and seek support when needed. Lei's passing serves as a poignant reminder of the importance of addressing mental health concerns and fostering a culture of empathy and understanding within academic institutions.

Today, the Executive Secretary of the East Loush Land, Ouyang Wangli-Ton opened the upcoming event, the Hypercar Grand Prix (HGP) with a speech in Rena, where the event is going to be held. After the recent West Loush Land DWRC Council Executive Secretary election, Mitsel Aurelius, the CEO of Aurelius Aviation was elected to replace the former ruling Executive Secretary Xerg. Secretary Aurelius won the majority vote of 67% of the present People's Delegates of West Loush Land and was approved by Chairman Li on the same day.

The former emperor of the central nevalian, Novenalicus Bartona was overthrown by another member of the House of Bartona. Maximus Bartona as well as the current emperor of the central nevalian declared himself as the new de facto head of Central Nevalia and the former dependent territories of the Nevalian Empire. PECX or Provisional Executive Council of Xinyeong is a temporary executive body to replace the old barbarian government throughout 'the Eastern' or Xinyeong mainland.
