The Supreme Law (bill):

Section 1:
The following is the structure of the Free States Of Europe,

(i). We establish a presidential office elected 1st in the election list. The president has the right to , make polls, veto legislation that has been approved by both the general assembly and the council of elders, establish embassies, approve legislation from both the general assembly and council of elders .

(ia). We establish that the president has the power to delegate laws to the governor of the free states of europe.

(ib). We establish that the president can hold multiple offices but may not hold more than 2 including the office of president.

(ii). We establish the Office of the governor which acts as the actuator for any delegated action or law. The office is reserved for the nation of siepressia. The governor is a successive office which goes in this succession line, governor, president, speaker of the assembly and finally the vice delegate. If there is none to take the office of governor the region shall dissolve.

(iia). We establish that the governor is subservient to the president

(iib). We establish that the governor has a permanent seat on the council of elders and shall not be removed unless the nation dies, resigns or is voted out unanimously.

(iii). A Document shall be made stating the rights of each citizen that shall not be impeded on.

(iiia). The name of this document shall be “the international charter of rights”.

(iv) The General Assembly

(iva) The General Assembly shall be the primary legislative body of the Free States of Europe, composed of representatives from each member state.

(ivb) Each member state shall have one vote in the General Assembly, and decisions shall be made by a simple majority, except for amendments to this Supreme Law, which shall require a two-thirds majority.

(ivc) The General Assembly shall have the power to propose and pass legislation, which shall then be sent to the Council of Elders for review and approval.

(ivd) The General Assembly shall also have the power to impeach the president or any other elected official for misconduct or negligence, with a two-thirds majority vote.

(ive) The Council of Elders

(vea) The Council of Elders shall be a secondary legislative body, composed of one representative from each state admitted by the council. The following positions have temporary representatives which will exit the council at the end of their term if not reelected, president has a representative, The speaker of the assembly has one temporary representative. The following have a permanent seat on the council, the founder and ones granted permanent representatives.

(veb) The Council of Elders shall review and approve or reject legislation passed by the General Assembly, with a plurality vote. They shall also advise the president and the General Assembly on matters of foreign policy and national security.

(vec) The Council of Elders shall have the power to propose amendments to the Supreme Law, which shall then be voted on by the citizens in a referendum.

(ved) Each member has 1 veto vote that they may use once although it will be said it refreshes each week.

(vee) It is the purpose and power of the council to interpret laws and put them in the interpreted effect.

Section 2:

(i). All elections shall fall on a monday, citizens shall have 1 day to vote, a new election will be held each week.

(ia) The following list determines which offices will be elected for each week in a first past the post election, Presidential election, emissarial election, vice delegate election and speaker of the assembly. All other offices are appointed by the president at the beginning of their term

(iia) The Free States of Europe shall establish a common market with free movement of goods, services, capital, and people.

Notre gouvernement travaille actuellement d'arrache-pied pour éliminer notre marché noir de toutes les manières possibles. Des fonds supplémentaires ont été consacrés à la répression du marché noir.
