Mother Knows Best States
If a Father Knows Best state has a national leader chosen with a female title, such as "Queen," "Mrs.," or "Empress", or has a pretitle of "Matriarchy" or "Queendom," it will be called “Mother Knows Best State” Instead, which is effectively the same thing. A Mother Knows Best State will act the same way as a Father Knows Best State, but instead of the king, there is a queen. If you revert to a king, it will switch back to a Father Knows Best State.
