The Brotherhood of Malice is a massive, safe nation, renowned for its state-planned economy, compulsory military service, and stringent health and safety legislation. The hard-nosed, democratic population of 4.334 billion brothers love a good election, and the government gives them plenty of them. Universities tend to be full of students debating the merits of various civil and political rights, while businesses are tightly regulated and the wealthy viewed with suspicion.

The medium-sized, socially-minded government prioritizes Defense, with Law & Order, Spirituality, and Education also on the agenda, while International Aid isn't funded at all. The average income tax rate is 39.8%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The large but sluggish malicious economy, worth 138 trillion contracts a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector, which is fairly diversified, is led by the Uranium Mining industry, with major contributions from Trout Farming, Arms Manufacturing, and Cheese Exports. Average income is 31,922 contracts, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Malice's national animal is the native.

Malice is ranked 123,244th in the world and 105th in The Brotherhood of Malice for Most Beautiful Environments, with 536.02 pounds of wildlife per square mile.
