Within Alpathonia a long and stale sense of Bordem lingers round the nation. The leader Bertrand Van Molen sits in his office clicking his pen most days staring out the window of his office in Hayes. But today was a different day as Van Molen half asleep and clicking his pen was left stunned by his assistant barging into his office demanding Alpathonia has something new to do as the same rusty old playgrounds and smelly cinemas wasn’t hitting the same no more.

This had driven Van Molen into a prolonged and educated thought. And after some thought Van Molen decides to hold the first Hayes carnival in almost 70 years. Hayes carnival is an event constructed of celebrating culture and the diversity within Alpathonia.

In conclusion Van Molen invites some members in the Laudican economic nexus to come to said carnival to help build relations on this fun event
