But in all seriousness, change is good
much like our abundance of food

We're hoping that peace may be be maintained
because we all get rich and rights retained
The Daoguang Emperor wishes the world well in his quest for reform
As our young farmers march about their new dorms
Among these laws that we wish to enact
the repealing of the Examination test to be exact
Manchu meritocracy itself is rich
And Manchu governance has gone off without a hitch
