Zetox, As the previous Constitution was already suspended technically we don't have any rights that are protected.
The Alarm is very much Unwarranted. We have stated that these rights will be protected via the Bill of Rights which, as the constitution states, has the same legal weight. (In fact the constitution in this way guarantees that a bill of rights will be passed) Eco has expressed this to you several times.

Handal Ands despite being a liberal and part of the Democratic Party, he is Gazoo best friend here in NationStates (And Gazoo is conservative)

Why have a second vote after the first draft passes. This is very dangerous and Gazoo alarming is justified. The current draft do more harm than good for our Union.
Gazoo encourage all WA nations to not support the current draft.

Can you stop and read for one second that they have stated multiple times now that there is no room. They've tried adding it, they've bent over backwards to try it and still came up too long to squish into one document. It literally makes absolutely no difference that it is in a separate document and linked (yes still attached) to the constitution document. It is a part of the constitution in a different way and that does not matter in the slightest, if not for only a personal aesthetic reason. Being two separate documents and legally bound together has zero effect on applying the laws set forth by both documents.
A second vote is not a big deal. It only means that more work and another vote is needed to be done. It isn't a life or death situation and this is video game if we all forgot. If something comes up then lets redraft and vote on the new draft again. Wow that one was hard to figure out, sent me into a panic.
encouraging people to vote a certain way is NOT the behavior of a neutral and fair justice this would be a violation of the code of conduct in showing a clear bias by encouraging voters how they should vote. Please rethink your actions as you being a Chief Justice sets the standards for the other justices to follow.
