Tomicstan recognizes that some nations, ourselves included, at one time felt the need to release zombies into neighboring regional nations. Our knowledge of the situation is such that this is no longer justifiable. Additionally, certain nations are encroaching on Tomicstan's sovereignty with zombie attacks that are far more than necessary.
