Based on Presidential campaigns from 
Doctors Orvos and 
Mileiria on the FNF discord (join today!), I have crafted the following questions to examine their proposed policies:
Starting with Orvos.
1. How do you plan to achieve the accountability of your Officers? Monthly reports? Weekly check ins?
2. You cite a lack of cultural events as something that needs to be changed, but you yourself are Culture Minister, so what explanation do you have for that and what do you plan to do differently?
3. Do you intend to approach the frontier development any differently from President Weatherwand?
4. What is the reasoning behind splitting Immigration and Internal Affairs? Do you think we have the manpower to fill both roles?
Now for Hope.
1. How do you plan on using discord to recruit?
2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs does exist (I lead it) but for interregional diplomacy. Recruitment is the Ministry of Immigration, typically or, currently, the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Could you justify why people should vote for you when you do not even know what Ministries exist or what they do?
3. There already is a channel for WA voting. And WA discussion.
4. Regulation of speech and behavior is not under the IC government, but rather OOC moderation. I, for one, think the current rules work fine. I'm also, as a bisexual, more than a little concerned at what you mean by "I also encourage discussions about controversial topics like LGBTQ+". I remind you homophobia and transphobia is explicitly banned by our OOC community rules.
5. How do you intend to find the manpower for a regional newspaper when past attempts with more activity have failed?
6. What do you mean by making more of a showing in NationStates politics? And what do you mean by introducing more bills? Do you maybe mean NSGP and WA, respectively?
Finally, I have questions for both candidates.
1. What sort of foreign policy do you intend to pursue if elected?
2. What is your approach to the military?
3. Do you have any specific ideas for increasing engagement to work with the MoC on?
4. What are the 3 biggest needs of the government right now?
5. What government experience do you have and how will it inform your decision making?
1:Weekly check ins, and if they keep being inactive threats of impeachment may be very well be used
2:I'm not the Minister of Culture this term... I was it in the previous term, in which I did actual events unlike the Minister of Culture of this term
3:I feel like on the frontier my running mate, 
South Asians, may be better equipped to answer.
4:They are two very different jobs that used to be distinct and were united only because of the lack of manpower at the time, which isn't as much of a problem anymore, and furthermore giving so much work to a single officer may lead to them being overworked, which is bad if we don't strictly need the it to be a single officer position.

1:Keeping FNF a defender region, pursuing close relations with regions such as the East Pacific and the UDS, perphaps even try reviving some sort of collaboration project between the RPs of FNF and UDS, even if a full secondary joint RP is a dead end at the moment
2: My running mate, South Asians, is likely more qualified to answer this
3:More game and other events in general, and again getting the Officer of Culture to actually work.
4:Have all Officers actually work, encouraging more people, especially new ones, to join the Government and the positions under the officers, and have the Frontier getting functional and working
5:I have worked in many, many positions across the years in FNF, including President, Minister of Culture, Minister of Immigration, Vanguard, justice etc, so I very definitely have much experience and know how to run a region (In particular this one).
Extra aim:If the RP returns enough active, I will likely encourage the RP Delegate to consider making a secondary RP of some kind as well, but that however has to have a setting different enough to not be a copy and paste of the main RP.

"As far as the Frontier is concerned I think we are en route to having a Frontier in this term itself. However, we do need to put special emphasis on enforcing the endorsement laws put forward by the Vanguard Council. Once that's under control and Heimdall is online. We will be well on our way to turn Hive into a Frontier."

Full Name: Amendment to the Information Act
Abbreviation: RL-40
Date: 6th April, 2024
Brief Purpose: To establish an Information System that notifies Residents of the Free Nations Federation about the government policies, election, regional events and Presidential Addresses.
Amendment to the Information Act
Section I: Government Transparency
Any citizen may request the release of classified, sensitive, or private information from any branch of the government provided such a request does not lead to the release of confidential or real-life information or pertain to military operations, sensitive Cabinet discussions, or any situation deemed to impact the security of The Free Nations Region.
The branches of the government may independently establish their own rules for transparency as long as such rules do not conflict with regional law.
Failure to adhere to this act will result in reasonable judiciary action to ensure full-scale implementation. An official written warning will be the first action taken by the judiciary.
Sub-Section I: Executive Transparency
The President must publish a presidential transparency report dispatch at a minimum frequency of every thirty days, detailing progress on the administration’s progress and goals.
The Presidential Transparency Report must be sent out via a Region-Wide Telegram following publication.
The President must release directives for all ministries within the first seven days following the end of a Minister election detailing the goals and tasks of each respective ministry.
The Cabinet must maintain a public calendar containing regional plans and events.
The Cabinet shall ensure that all official government dispatches remain up-to-date.
The government will publish a foreign affairs update at the beginning of each month and deliver it to the NationStates forum and all embassies.
The Cabinet may maintain and regulate a Civil Service Performance Evaluation of all Cabinet officials, including the scoring of the evaluation in consultation with the President. This may be done no more than three times per term and results must be made public.
Mercurian Messenger shall be the official information system of the Free Nations Federation.
Mercurian Messenger shall have Communication Authority over all the regions of the Free Nations Federation.
This nation shall be used to inform all the residents of the Free Nations Federation about the latest government policies, regional events, election and the transcripts of the Presidential addresses.
The President, Vice President and the Election Commission must have access to this nation at all times.
Sub-Section II: Judicial Transparency
The Supreme Court may request an in camera review of information if a defendant can reasonably prove that there is private information being withheld by the FNR government that may be used as exculpatory evidence in a legal matter,
Only Court justices may review the evidence held by the government in private and if such information is deemed to be of evidentiary value then the Court may order the limited release of such evidence to the defendant and their legal counsel.
Section II: Confidentiality
Confidential information will be classified as either restricted, top secret, or state security.
Restricted status will be designated with the color blue and applied to information that could reasonably be expected to threaten regional security. Government officials will have access to restricted information.
Top Secret status will be designated with the color red and applied to information which could reasonably be expected to cause serious damage to regional security. The President, Vice President, Chief Justice, and relevant Cabinet members will have access to top secret information.
State Security status will be designated with the color black and applied to information that could reasonably be expected to cause extreme damage to regional security. The President and members given clearance by the President will have access to state security information.
The President may lower the classification of or declassify confidential information and must announce any changes in classification to the Cabinet.
Individuals with security clearance may invoke Executive Privilege if asked to testify on a subject that pertains to classified information.
