Invention of the Porustanian Radar

The army had made something that can change the war, after a few years of Military reformation, the Porustanian Radar has been made, marking a military breakthrough.

It can track ships and U-Boats/Submarines.

This said invention will be kept a secret and only accessible by NMA Members.

We ask the members of NMA if they want to get this radar.

In the new year 1906, the 2nd point of the 6-year economic plan was completed, namely the development of the mining industry. Dozens of quarries have been dug in the northern territories of Genoda 2 0, which are rich in minerals, and are now fully functioning. This has increased mining, total and per capita GDP, as well as the level of trade with other Morpheus countries.

We are starting the final point of the plan: the development of tourism. By this we mean the improvement of existing tourist points and the creation of new ones. Hiking trails and new nature reserves will be laid across the country. Tourists will also enjoy additional discounts on everything they need to attract more people to Genoda 2 0.

Expansion
After the last 2 expansion and it's major success, the labour whom were tied to agriculture without producing output were stripped away, as such with invention of tractor being done by redistanio and mto alliance as a whole, government has decided to give a tractor for each farmer's family as a way of increasing agricultural output. This has done wonders for the agricultural sectors as unproductive labour is removed and the productive labour increases and with even more supply from expanded fertile regions, even more demand. Redistanio is truly now capable of calling themselves an agricultural superpower.

Yet, as scouts were sent across the continent to explore tribal lands, they realized that even though the continent in which redistanio sits on even though full of resources, do not have wanted farmland like other continents. Yet a major river system flowing from the heart of redistanio to the sea of aegor (I show the map publicly once it's accepted) is one of the richest and most fertile regions in the planet. As, such colonizers with big dreams are sent to set camp across the river system and once they do, farmers and other people are to settle these lands and reap the benifits of perhaps the last truly fertile region in the continent. Even though these lands are agriculturally fertile they still have resources that are needed mainly copper found in the mountain ranges. With the copper findings in these expansions, The nation can now afford to build major factories.

With agricultural growth and the strong backbone with factories of great manufacturing quality and most importantly being the most advanced nation in oil drillings and the only natural exporter of oil, it's clear that the economy has a strong backbone, perhaps a strong enough backbone to start a grain dole? That's the topic for another day however.

MTO budget and expenditure
After the alliance members carefully discussed on the budget and it's spendings, they had agreed on a simple solution -
The total budget for spending purposes shall be-70 billion

With such a large budget, it's clear that the plans are as major as they come.

These spendings are to be divided into 3 groups:
Science-13 billion
Defence-40 billion
Economic deals-17 billion

So let's start off on the topic of
Science expenditure
The plans of how to spend on science are:

So 20 great ports- 4 billion(one shall be build in recently expanded area) (1913)

Manufacturing factories-40m
-30 manufacturing factories we'll build (each nation) (1911)
That will be a total of- 2.4 billion
= 8.4 billion

There is still 8.6 billion left and as such, this year it shall be used to set up trade deals and overall improve cooperation with non-mto members. Now, for these year the money shall be used to help out and establish trade relations with the nation of Angrorria. The important part about angrorria is that we want to establish the first trade deal with your nation. (No other has established yet)
As a way of improving cooperation we'll like to:
Spend 2 billion by helping you build ports near the coast, a total of 16 ports are to be built. 5 of these ports are to be located and connected with the supply chain between Redistanio and The von zwiessen federation. This will help fasten trade and economic trade with our nations.

We'll like to invest 1 billion in helping you build factories and other manufacturing hubs - a total of 70 factories infact will be built by us with your instructions ofc (if you accept this deal, just say what type of factories you want), after these factories are built, they shall be fully handed over to your government.

Now, with all these cooperation between our nations, it's clear that the port plan will be beneficial for all three of us and the factory plan will clearly bolster your economic capabilities.

The only leniency we want from the deal:
Since, this is the first deal with both our nations, We want your nation to agree to let our private companies trade and be able to build manufacturing factories and major headquarters in your nation (we'll do vice versa). Now, the major part of this is that we hope you allow our private companies and nation to be able to use ports and refueling docks as a way to ship and refuel themselves, if these companies do ever cause problems you can indeed not allow them.

The rest 5.6 billion will be used later.

I couldn't help but notice the motorized plane one. Creating a motorized plane is a lot of work. And did you forget Operation Skybus? We are currently first in that category. :)
